City of Toronto operates 42 Indoor Arenas and 53 Outdoor Artificial Ice Rinks across the city. We offer a variety of Leisure and Instructional Skating programs – Instructional Skate, Leisure Skate, Hockey, Figure Skate, Sledge Hockey and Shinny Hockey at both indoor arenas and outdoor rinks. Scarborough offers year-round skating at two rinks.
We're looking for individuals with good skating ability. Paid training will be provided to build and improve skills. We will train you to be an instructor, if required. Many of the skills learned in Skate jobs are transferrable to other roles.

The City of Toronto has fantastic ski hills in the Earl Bales Ski and Snowboard Centre which offers a variety of programs designed for beginner and advanced skiers and snowboarders.
