Through oversight of the Strategic Capital Coordination Office (SCCO), the CCO strengthens accountability for capital coordination, improves predictability and efficiency in project programming, and reduces disruption to residents, businesses, and visitors, while providing advice to City leadership and Council and clearly communicating the City’s approach to keeping Toronto moving amid sustained growth and development.
